Also ich habe sehr viele sehr große und auch mittelständische Firmen beraten un dkenn keien die Rechner ohne vorinstalliertes OS kauft (auch wenn das denn über Softwareverteilung customized wird). Ohne vorinstalliertes Windows und ein Upgrade Windows aus einem Volumenlizenzvertrag ist ein Verteilen von Windows über die von dir genannten Lösungen eh nicht möglich beziehungsweise zulässig.

Also die Analyse ist sehr günstig, bis kostenlos. Auf keinen fall kostet sie aber mehrere tausend Euro, wenn die Platte noch halbwegs in Ordnung ist. Die von mir damals eingesandte hatte einen Hardwaredefekt, so dass sie nicht mehr lief. Die Kosten für die Prüfung lagen aber deutlich unter tausend Euro! Wenn die Platte selbst technisch in ordnung ist, aber nur daten gelöscht sind dürfte das noch einmal deutlich günstiger sein.

Microsoft geht davon aus das jemand der Rechner für sein Business anschafft immer Rechner mit vorinstalliertem Betriebssystem kauft. Die vorinstallierten OEM/SB Systeme (Dell, HP, FSC, etc.) sind für den OEM/SB so billig, dass der Kunde sie quasi geschenkt bekommt. Warum also sollte er sich eine zusätzliche Lizenz in einem Volumenlizenzvertrag kaufen? Deswegen hat MS alle Clientbetriebssysteme, in Volumenlizenzverträgen, nur als Updates (der mitgekauften OEM/SB Lizenzen) angeboten und macht dies auch weiterhin. Dadurch sind diese deutlich günstiger, als es die Vollversionen waren, als es diese noch in VL Verträgen gab. Wer als Homeuser sich einen rechner selbst bauen will, kann Vollversionen als System Builder oder FPP Lizenzen kaufen. Jemand der seine rechner aber nur als Werkzeug betrachtet, weil sein kerngeschäft zum Beispiel Autos verkaufen, oder Schiffe produzieren ist, wird immer vorinstallierte Rechner kaufen, da dies immer günstiger ist als selbst bauen und zudem auch deutlich weniger Probleme durch fehlerhafte Hardware und mangelhaften Support auftreten, da die großen OEMs hier sehr gut arbeiten. Der Denkfehler ist dass die rechner ohne BS beschafft werden. Ich mache seit über 15 Jahren Support und Beratung und kenne keien profesionell arbeitende Firma die ihre Rechner selbst baut und ohne BS kauft. Wer einen fertigen rechner kauft wird dies (wenn er halbwegs kaufmännisch und betriebswirtschaftlich denkt) immer mit vorinstalliertem BS machen und Markenrechner von einem der großen OEMs nehmen. Somit trifft das von dir geschriebene Problem nur Bastler die so kurzsichtig sind zu denken sie würden sich etwas sparen, wenn sie ihre Rechner selbst bauen und ohne Vorinstalliertem BS kaufen. Unterm Strich kommen die aber teurer, auch wenn sie das meistens nicht einsehen wollen. Alleine die Installation und aktivierung kostet mehr zeit und geld, als ein vorinstalliertes System, das ich mit Volumenlizenzen reimagen kann.

Zwei vorschläge habe ich für dich: 1. Gewöhne dir eine weniger unfreundliche Sprache an. Wenn in deinen Beiträgen weiterhin so vile Sternchen, an der Stelle von Schimpfwörtern, auftauchen schließe ich den Tread wegen unhöflichkeit. 2. Installier den Server neu, denn offensichtlich hast du daran so viel kaputt gemacht dass es unsere Möglichkeiten dir zu helfen überschreitet. Wie sagte meien Oma immer: "Nicht zur Strafe, nur zur Übung!"

Wenn die daten wichtig sind mache keien Experimente sondern geh zu spezialisten: Datenrettung Festplatte, RAID Datenwiederherstellung Die geben dir, nach einer Analyse ein File in dem du alle wiederherstellbaren dateieb siehst und sagen was es kosten wird. Dann kannst du immer noch entscheiden ob es sich rechnet, oder nicht.

Wenn der Mitarbeiter unter einem "normalen" Account arbeitet und du das Kennwort des administrativrn Accounts kennst, dürfte das kein Problem sein. Alles andere wird allerdings von uns nicht supportet, ich bitte dies zu berücksichtigen.

Die Frage die sich mir stellt ist warum du das machen willst. Die richtige Sprachversion von der MS Updateseite zu laden sollte doch nicht aufwändiger sein, als eine falsche Sprachversion zu laden.
