Ich habe halt andere Klammern, geht das so ?

Hallo zusammen Sobald eine Externe Mail bei uns eingeht, kommt das Wort [-EXTERN-] in den Betreff inkl. der Klammer nun ist es aber so, das wenn das gleiche Mail mehrmals rein kommt, der Betreff immer länger wird, das sieht dann so aus: [-EXTERN-]Re: AW: [-EXTERN-]Re: AW: [-EXTERN-]Re: AW: [-EXTERN-]Re: Wie kann das verhindern ? Bei Ausnahme habe ich unser Wort hinzugefügt, aber das scheint dem Exchange 2019 egal zu sein Ich Danke euch
