Exchange 2010 SP3 Rollup 5 installiert nicht

Hallo Leute,

 

ich wollte heute auf unseren Exchange Server das Rollup 5 installieren.
Auf dem CAS Server hat die Installation ohne Probleme funktioniert. Leider schlägt es jedoch  auf dem Postfach Server fehl.
Die Systeme sind neu aufgesetzt und haben momentan Rollup 3 drauf.

 

Die Ereignisanzeige gibt den Fehler 1603 raus. Leider habe ich dazu noch nichts gefunden. In dem Log kann ich auch nur erkennen das er abbricht aber nicht warum.

 

Hat jemand von euch schon dieses Problem gehabt?

Die Installation wird über ein CMD welches als Admin ausgeführt wird gestartet. Ich bin mit dem Exchange Admin angemeldet wie bereits auch beim CAS. Der Virenscanner wurde deaktiviert für den Zeitraum der Installation.

 

Die Execution Policy habe ich bereits auf RemoteSigned und auf unrestricted probiert, beides ohne Erfolg.

Ok, sieht mal wieder danach aus, als würde sich ein Dienst nicht schnell genug beenden.

 

 - Öffne die Dienstekonsole, sortiere nach Starttyp und versuch möglichst viele von den Exchange Diensten zu sehen (Achtung, es gibt noch zwei, die nicht mit "Microsoft" beginnen: Formularbasierte Authentifikation und Geschützter Exchange Dienst Host).

 

 - Starte das Setup erneut und schau Dir an, bei welchem Dienst "Wird beendet" erscheint, aber nicht verschwindet.

 

 - Warte, bis das Setup abbricht, dass müsste dann eigentlich dazu führen, dass alle Dienste wieder laufen

 

 - Beende den/die Dienste, die Du oben ermittelt hast, von Hand, warte bis sie beendet sind und versuch dann die Installation noch mal

So ich habe das ganze jetzt nochmals versucht. Sobald ich das Update anstoße bleibt er bei dem Punkt "Shopping Services" für 5 - 10 Sekunden stehen und danach sieht man nur noch die Rollback Schritte durchlaufen.

 

Wenn ich in dieser Zeit auf die Dienste schaue passiert da gar nichts. Nicht ein einziger Dienst wird beendet. Ich habe jetzt mal versucht alle Exchange Dienste von Hand zu beenden und danach nochmal das Update angestoßen. Leider auch hier das gleiche Phänomen.

 

Weiss langsam echt nicht mehr weiter.

Nach langem hin und her haben wir endlich das Problem gelöst.
Folgendes hat uns ans Ziel gebracht.

 

Wir haben die "ServiceControl.ps1" aus dem Verzeichnis C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\Bin ausgeschnitten und in ein anderes Verzeichnis kopiert. Danach haben wir ein leeres TXT File erzeug welches wir "ServiceControl.ps1" benannt haben und in diesem Ordner hinterlegt.

Das gleiche gilt für die "ManageScheduledTask.ps1" in dem Script Verzeichnis.

 

Dadurch lief die Installation des RU5 ohne Probleme durch.
