Ich denke es ist ein Problem mit einem Zertifikat. Allerdings kann ich diese URL:

HTTPS://sls.update.microsoft.com/SLS/{9482F4B4-E343-43B6-B170-9A65BC822C77}/x64/10.0.14393.0/0?CH=338&L=de-DE&P=&PT=0x8&WUA=10.0.14393.4651

ohne Zertifikatsfehler aufrufen und bekomme eine environment.cab zum download.

Zertifikat - weis nicht genau wie ich das prüfen soll, denn ich finde im Log keinen Thumbprint?!

 

Die üblichen Dinge mit DISM, SFC, Updatecache löschen, habe ich schon probiert und bringt keine Besserung.

 

Kann mit hier jemand helfen?

Ja, das habe ich schon gemacht. Komme aber nicht weiter.

 

Diese Zeile besagt doch, dass ich nicht auf den Updatedienst zugreifen kann

In der Firewall ist aber alles frei und wenn ich an dem besagten Server die URL manuell über den Browser aufrufe bekomme ich auch eine xml als Download.

Ich verstehe es einfach nicht....

Weiß jemand welches Zertifikat genau für diese Kommunikation zuständig ist?

Okay... nun bin ich etwas schlauer. Es scheint wirklich etwas mit den Systemzertifikaten, genauer gesagt mit den Zertifikaten unter "AuthRoot" zu tun zu haben. 

 

Ein 

certutil -verifyctl AuthRoot | findstr /i "lastsynctime"

an einem "gesunden" System bringt LastSyncTime = "23.07.2024 09:57"

der gleiche befehl an meinem Problemsystem, liefert das LastSyncTime = "09.07.2024 15:03"

 

Hat jemand eine Ahnung wie man das fixen kann ohne die Zertifikate hin und her zu exportieren?

Passt die TLS Konfiguration generell? Notfalls einmal kurz und schmerzlos mit IIS Crypto geradeziehen. Ansonsten kann das sicherlich auch ein AV sein, wie @Nobbyaushb sagt, der HTTPS aufbricht.
