IOS update

Hallo,

 

ich habe auf unserem Router ein IOS update gemacht, und habe dannach folgende Fehlermeldung beim hochfahren bekommen.

 

Jan 15 21:22:50: %SYS-3-CPUHOG: Task ran for 2188 msec (0/0), process = Per-Second Jobs, PC = 60663178.

-Traceback= 60663180 606C7490 606631AC 606A35F0 606A35D4

 

das Line Protokoll wurde auf einem Interface auch auf shutdown gesetzt.

 

Kann mir jemand die Traceback meldung bei Cisco auswerten lassen? Ich habe leider keinen CCO Account.

Fürs Traceback fehlen Infos, hier das sagt Cisco:

 

ERROR MESSAGE NOTIFICATIONS (if any)

 

%SYS-3-CPUHOG (x1): Task ran for [dec] msec ([dec]/[dec]), process = [chars],

PC = [hex].

 

Explanation: The specified process ran for too long without relinquishing the

processor. Each process should run for only a small amount of time before relinquishing

the processor so that other processes can run. This problem can be caused by many

conditions such as traffic, system load, hardware, operational configuration, a

configuration change, initialization of many interfaces, a high momentary error

rate, or a sustained abnormal condition.

 

Recommended Action: If you suspect a software error, copy the message exactly

as it appears on the console or in the system log. Research and attempt to resolve

the issue using the tools and utilities provided at http://www.cisco.com/tac. With

some messages, these tools and utilities will supply clarifying information. Search

for resolved software issues using the Bug Toolkit at http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/Bugtool/launch_bugtool.pl.

If you still require assistance, open a case with the Technical Assistance Center

via the Internet at http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/front.x/case_tools/caseOpen.pl,

or contact your Cisco technical support representative and provide the representative

with the information you have gathered. Attach the following information to your

case in nonzipped, plain-text (.txt) format: the output of the show logging and

ERROR: Platform and Version information was not found.

In order to decode the Traceback information, the Stack Decoder requires the platform

and version information to be present in the output and precede any Tracebacks

or Stack Traces.

TRY THIS: Collect the output of the 'show version' command, and the Traceback or

Stack Trace information and submit it to the Output Interpreter.

Here is an example of a Traceback output with version information:
